The project supports a formal teaching post-doctoral training followed by a formal position as an in-charge of a teaching post-doctoral training in psychiatric nursing applied to faculty members of psychiatry hospital with an internationally supported setting. The preparation of the training is based on a series of theoretical and applied works in clinical psychology. Additionally, the training is very organised and professional and led by the community nurses, whose mission is to improve patients’ lives and lives through education and training. Educational course has been offered by two training boards: one for the professional and one for the role-oriented programs. We have developed a framework to help the trainees perform their training requirements at the board level. This framework has been used to develop the second board for this project preparation curriculum. Additionally, we have developed a framework to create competencies for our third board for this project preparation curriculum. Finally, we have designed a way to meet the requirements of the board through a practice setting in biomedical medical training. It required a level three level training with six months in clinical psychology, followed by five months post-training in physical cognitive behavior research in psychiatry. The framework we are using has been developed by a board-level curriculum. However, the application of the framework in clinical psychology is more limited. The framework was developed in collaboration with one of our research institutes. The proposed framework can be modified with the help of experts who are supported by a personal coaching program and is designed to help the trainees not only differentiate between two types of programs, but also recognize their students’ unique talents. The framework also can be modified to accommodate the trainees to develop and adapt competencies.
