Teacher Certification Test Dates The PTE Test Date for the PTE is March 30, 2020, at the University of California, Santa Barbara, at Santa Barbara Conference Center. The test is conducted by Stephen Vapnik, PTE-Turbine, who is the founder of the PTE, and is also a member of the Santa Barbara Board of Trustees. The test can be conducted for up to five students and multiple teachers.
