I now have to pay over three thousand dollars for the Ati Exam and I am not even sure how much more I will have to pay for other supplies and materials needed for the exam. Now, you might think that this is an obvious question. It’s not. Because there are so many nurses who don’t know anything about these exams, they end up spending thousands of dollars just so they can prepare for it.
Even if you are already a nurse and you are thinking of taking this exam, you need to do some serious research on how much it is going to cost you. You need to have a clear picture of how much it is going to cost you. This exam is like an ATM machine, so you need to know exactly how much you are going to spend. If you are going to spend thousands of dollars on preparation, then you need to make sure you have an idea of how much you will be spending.
As I mentioned above, the costs for preparation can be huge, but here is where the costs actually start to decrease. Instead of using books and study guides, try using online resources. Online resources such as forums and blogs are free, and you can use them in your quest to get prepared for the ATIS. Not only are these free resources, but they will save you so much more time than if you just sat down in a classroom and tried to study.
Speaking of studying, it is also extremely important to find a solid study routine. When you do finally study, it will be very easy to fall into a studied routine. Instead of researching and learning new information at the same time, you will wind up cramming everything in. This is not the way to get the most out of the exam.
You also need to make sure you have all the materials needed for the course. The materials include flash cards and revision guides. There is definitely a lot you need to learn, and a lot more you’ll need to study for the exam itself, so it will benefit you greatly to have all of the materials you need right at your fingertips.
If you can, avoid taking the Exam on a Friday or Saturday. It is widely known that this is the hardest day of the entire exam. This means that there will be a much less likely chance of you passing on the first try. If you have other options, such as being able to take the exam on a weekday, then you should make sure you choose those options.
Getting the answers to the previous questions before going into the real exam, will help tremendously when studying. You need to be able to quickly answer questions that show you how much you know. If you have time before hand to review and refresh yourself, then you will have a much better chance of getting the answers right on the first try. As you study, remember that it will be much less likely that you will forget things, and therefore you may have to read through the section over again. However, it is all important and this will pay off in the end!
