Myers-Brigg is a personality test, not an IQ test. It measures your tendencies towards certain types of personality. One of these traits is Dominance and Influence. The Myers-Brigg test measures how much of an impact your personality has on others.
Now, I don’t know if the Myers-Brigg is a true personality test or not. All I know is that there are some interesting similarities between the Myers-Brigg test and other personality tests. People do differ in how they perceive the world. That makes sense right? In the same way that we think other people judge us based on what we say rather than on our actions, other people also react to what we do in the same way. Some people are better at handling conflict, while other people are better at getting along with others.
